I had surgery with Dr. Batelli almost 3 years ago. It was a failure. I've got permanent nerve damage which has left me with a numb foot, the same feeling when your foot falls asleep. I've been to a neurologist who, after extensive tests, told me This surgeon did extensive surgery on you, and the nerve damage done during the surgery is permanent. Dr is a podiatrist- not an MD or orthopedic surgeon. First performed a TAR (total ankle replacement). After more than s year and continued pain and immobility, the ankle was examined by two orthopedic surgeons and Corrective surgery May now be required; however, this time by an MD Orthopedic surgeon. Second, left foot had injury resulting in broken metatarsal bones. Charged $245 for nail care, for a young tech to cut nails and cut one of my toes in the process. Never saw the doctor. I Will not be back!!!

He obviously has a hearing loss he hasn’t addressed - doesn’t pay help enough to get ordinary paperwork sent out - worst of all recommends procedures that no insurance company will approve - misdiagnosed conditions so he sends patients to get an MRI they don’t need
