I worked with Ann most of the time. She was okay, I was never told that she was leaving until I got a bounced back email from her that she’s gone, that was a bit nerve wrecking. The notary person contacted me to get papers signed the same day, I wish I had a day or so notice before. I contacted Eun about getting digital copies of my papers, she was very responsive and seemed very helpful. So I appreciate that.
