Can you take a look at this? 3 Star : Customer Service I'd give it a 10 because the repair was excellently done and the customer service was great. A little slow on the drop off end- was told enterprise rental would be lined up, it wasn’t, so I was 30 mins late for work. Similarly the texts about car stating that car was ready saidbto call ahead. I did but my car need to be pulled arousbwhich took some time.
