I drove from very far off to drop the car and pick up and had a rental that was already given away and my street parking was called to remove the rental off on my account.. ended up getting a $43 ticket for not getting my car on time and parking rental car on streets ... read more

If I could do it over, I would have gone to my own regular shop instead of my insurer's recommendation. 3 Star : Repair Quality I was strongly encouraged by my insurer to use this body shop. I just would have liked more communication regarding the issue with the airbag light. It led me to lose my complete monday morning only to find out that it was not covered by insurance. I have to say I am very dissapointed by that.

0 Star : My Experience You guys let my vehicle dirty inside, interior top hand prints all over and not only that some parts were left unconnected , screws, nuts and bolts in trunk and some covers weren’t put in place. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
