5 Star : My Experience I can't remember their names, but the ladies at reception were exceptional. I was extremely stressed as I've never been in an accident (other than a lil fender bump while parking) and they made the process so much easier. I was struggling to get a rental so that I could get to my new job and they reached out to their contacts at Hertz to find me a car. They also made sure that I got a ride there for free. 5 Star : My Experience Generally, the repair was great! The process is simple and fast. However, there was a minor problem. A small piece of paint was left on the bottom of the front window. It was not a big problem since we have washed it out.
