0 Star : My Experience The windshield washer fluid tank was crushed during the accident and was not replaced during the repair. I have called and will bring it back, but it concerns me that other things may have been missed in the process and just want to the sure. I did appreciate the updates and the speed with which the repair was completed however.
0 Star : My Experience After picking up car and leaving the center I heard several odd sounds coming from car. Since Euro Collision had just closed I had to take car to a couple other service shops. The first shop found that the skip plate was left unsecured underneath and was dragging and that the passenger-side wheel bearing had to immediately be replaced - both of which I had to pay over $345.00 out of my own pocket. As of now I still need to see what a scrapping sound is that is coming from the front right tire and a rub... read more
0 Star : My Experience I received my vehicle back with a ding on the paint on the rear door that wasn’t there when I dropped the car off. My charging cords went missing from my car. And the door guards weren’t installed back onto the car, but I came back to have that taken care of. While the work looks new again, I’m not happy that paint is chipping off my trunk door and my charging cords are missing.
0 Star : My Experience The steering of my car does not remain straight. If I keep it a little cross then it goes straight and if I keep it straight then it goes cross. It was not like this earlier.

I had to call back every time to check in.

0 Star : My Experience When I dropped off the car, I asked for estimates on work, but I never received them. Also, I received a phone call at 9am that the car was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at 12:30pm, I had to wait for an hour while they finished the work. Why? I was told it was ready, so this made me late for other appointments.
