5 Star : My Experience I really appreciate the customer service -- not just the repair itself, but little things like keeping me updated, making sure the rental was smooth, and returning a pretty dirty car in spotless condition. One small item was missed initially, and they responded immediately, and even reminded me when I got busy and didn't set the followup appt when the part came in.
