4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 4 Star : Repair Quality When I went to pick up my car, there was a scratch that had been addressed when I dropped it off and I was told it would be buffed/painted. It hadn’t been when I arrived to pick it up but they painted it right on the spot for me. I also found a piece of my car in the trunk afterwards. It seemed to be some sort of external shiny black plastic but I’m not sure what it’s from or it it’s important. Overall quite satisfied minus those few hiccups. 5 Star : Customer Service
