Looked like new! 5 Star : Customer Service Received regular email updates. When I had to call I received a return call quickly.

I wish service was a bit quicker, and communication a bit better (was told at 4:15pm via email that my car was ready for pick up and given until 4:45 to pick up (30 min window of time on a week day).
