Substandard. 0.5 Star : Customer Service The guy told me they couldn't repair apart I was touching another part because it's hard to get insurance to cover those unless it's directly completely destroyed visually in the previous photo. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3 Star : Repair Quality Work was fine took way too long 0.5 Star : Customer Service Worst costumer service I have ever received, manager never got my name right even once, support staff was short, rude and not helpful. When we used Euro collision in the city we had a wonderful experience but this Skokie location is not the same at all. Will never trust them with our car again.
