I wish service was a bit quicker, and communication a bit better (was told at 4:15pm via email that my car was ready for pick up and given until 4:45 to pick up (30 min window of time on a week day). Really appreciated if I had continued to receive the updates as I did initially. Towards the backend, I did receive updates regularly but it was the middle phase where I did not.
