I would like to recognize the lady that took care of the window that was installed wrong. Also the two installers they were wonderful.

There was one part of the work that was not completed and is still not completed. My other issue is they called me three months after getting windows, about getting more windows, and I didn't like that. They did not give me a chance to recuperate financially before they asked again.

They called back quite frequently to see how we were doing. We got hit with a hailstorm in May, and the windows had between put in September of the previous...
When they had to come in after the hail storm, we were trying to organize the people that did the siding on our house as well as have the people come and do the windows. but what happened is the 2 companies took me out of it and just discussed with each other. They organized it among themselves instead...
