I was most satisfied with them showing up on time and doing a good job.
Crew was good, polite and cleaned up nicely
I was most satisfied with the quality of the product and the guaranteed offered on the roofing material. I was also satisfied with the completion time of the project.

There was one part of the work that was not completed and is still not completed. My other issue is they called me three months after getting windows, about getting more windows, and I didn't like that. They did not give me a chance to recuperate financially before they asked again.
I thought they were very knowledgeable. When they did the thing for my windows, they showed diff ways that the windows work and demonstrated them. They called back quite frequently to see how we were doing. We got hit with a hailstorm in May, and the windows had between put in September of the previous...
When they had to come in after the hail storm, we were trying to organize the people that did the siding on our house as well as have the people come and do the windows. but what happened is the 2 companies took me out of it and just discussed with each other. They organized it among themselves instead...
I think they are very professional, the price was good, and they did exactly what I asked them to do and made it look good. There were no surprises with anything.
