Salesman was good, and installation crew was terrific.
I was satisfied overall with the quote, and installation. I all went smoothly.
Installation not just as promised but in addition, due to the way the windows are built and the experience of the crew, there was no need to remove/reinstall/replace the window trim, which was what I wanted but didn't expect to get.
I have had no issues but based on my overall experience I'm optimistic that any problems would be resolved quickly.
They installed two doors, a regular door and a storm door. On the storm door the top could be adjusted to have a screen or a storm door. They have to come back and adjust it because it is at the bottom.
I was most satisfied with the quality of material, they were here to do the job, and they were done.
They said they would be here in a month and they came two or three weeks later.
We had them do our windows, front door, and garage door. We are very happy.
They did an exceptional job.
