It has been two months since we last heard from the company regarding the installation issue on our bay window. Our bay window started rotting on the inside a few months after it was installed. A technician came and determined it was never sealed when it was installed. We were told that the owner of the company would contact us with next steps. It has been two months. I had my windows installed today by Bart and his crew. They did an awesome job. My 15 windows were put in within a couple of hours and the rest was wrapping the outside in aluminum and caulking. They were here at 9 and finished by 3. Bart took the time to answer any questions that I had.
When I noticed the seal had broken on my sliding glass door, I sent pictures through email to the service department at Euro-Tech. The next day I received an email back from Shelly that she had already submitted the pictures to the manufacturer for warranty replacement. Absolutely stellar service. We then scheduled the replacement for warmer weather and that replacement is now complete. The labor cost to replace seems a bit high but that isn't the service departments fault as I assume those costs are set by management.
Bart and his crew did a wonderful job on our windows. They look absolutely beautiful. They are a lot of fun to have around. Steve came in to put our door on and he did a wonderful job too.Would highly recommended Auro Tech for any home project. Thank you very much for a 5 star job.
Installation today was very well done. Bart was very helpful in explaining the process and the installation covered all the old weathered wood.
