5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Appreciate the effort by Carlos Valencia and Delfina Tavares to keep me informed of the status of the bumper for my Lexus from accident of 4/15/22 by an uninsured motorist. The repairs were finally completed on 6/10/22 after the a 3rd bumper arrived from Lexus, 1st one was the wrong one, 2nd one was delivered damaged. This was a frustrating situation and inconvenience to deal with a rental car for this amount of time. 5 Star : Customer Service

Clean front office, friendly staff, constant communication and updates, fair pricing, work was done quickly (they even ordered parts ahead of time when they could), and always available to answer our question. I would give them twenty stars if I could. When we picked up the car, it was ready for us and we were in and out in 15 minutes.
