When we were shopping for a mortgage company to do our refinancing, we had questions, but it seemed like everything was a website, or a questionaire. There was no real person there to answer our questions.... Until we called Churchill Mortgage,and got connected with Evan and his team. He not only answered all of our questions, but he also helped us to evaluate whether or not it made sense to refinance. Evan got us the best rate, and the whole process was simple, fast, and painless.

Very fast approval & funding. Evan was excellent. Most delays were due to my own delays of not sending info as needed. It would be nice to have someone local to meet with. Also, it might be helpful to introduce all contacts up front so that one is expecting the email. But it really was great! I already discussed w/my son who may be buying in CA soon.
