Evan is willing to take the time to explain every step of the process and he communicates on the status of things regularly. I was never left questioning what step of the process we were in, which made us feel at ease during the process. The best part is that you get the same Evan before and AFTER you select to use him as your mortgage broker. There is no drop-off in service and attentiveness to your needs once he has your business. That is a huge difference maker!
