From my first conversation with to hs last phone call congratulating us on our new home, working with Evan and his team has been nothing but a delight. Evans knowledge about the loan process and his help along the way made an extremely daunting process an extremely positive and smooth one. Churchill was able to manually underwrite our loan which no one else was willing to do with people like us who have a Zero Credit Score because of our debt free lifestyle. Evan was very personable. From the start he walked us through each step in the home buying process and answered the questions we had in a way that made sense. He was very quick to respond when it came to phone calls or emails and that is what helped us close on our house a week early. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. Evan has great Communication skills with all parties involved.

5 stars does not do Evan Luchaco justice, communication was revolutionary (sending video responses to email questions I had), advice, service, and support from Evan was the kind you can only dream about getting, all customer service employees should use Evan as a model, I will not only refer friends and family to Evan, my unborn grandchildren will be referred to Evan. In summary if you have to rate Evan on a star scale, you will need ALL of them.

Evan went through the numbers and process right from the beginning and so I knew what to expect and when. He kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly. He also gave me email and phone access so when I did have questions, I could get the answers right away. Evan also worked with my schedule. I highly recommend Evan Luchaco and Churchill Mortgage.

Evan was so helpful to walk me through all I had to do and explain what I didn’t understand. All the other staff also were very helpful. Evan took the time to have unrelated conversation that showed that we have other life experiences in common - mainly faith, and having the goal that getting out of debt is the best way to live.
