Evan was so helpful to walk me through all I had to do and explain what I didn’t understand. All the other staff also were very helpful. I felt Evan went above and beyond to make sure the ball was always kept rolling with our tight turn around on what was a more complex than usual loan process, being that we were true blue Dave Ramsey no-score applicants. This meant being available at some late hours occasionally and always friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake was having him at our final signing and being an advocate and expert to answer questions we had as we signed the many papers.

The ease of the whole procedure and the fact that he wen't above and beyond to help in any way....to do what is right! Evan kept me informed and followed up to make sure I understood what was happening or going to happen. The ony thing that took awhile for me to figure out was sending documents via the internet. Everyone was helpful and kept in contact by e-mail and phone calls.
