I had a terrible experience with Shannon, the office manager. I had waited for almost 2 months for my first appointment with Dr. Novick as a result of a time-sensitive issue and, when I called I must have caught her at a bad time. She was on the phone with another patient and was very impatient and rushed with me, becoming easily frustrated. She became increasingly agitated and behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully. In summer 2019 I was referred to Dr. Novick for a root canal by my dentist. I had never had one before, but I did have one crown in my mouth from 2012. Instead of doing a root canal on the CORRECT tooth, he did the procedure on my crowned tooth (beside it). Without telling me what happened, he proceeded to then do the procedure on the correct tooth. He didn't tell me what had happened until it was all over. He did not charge me any money, but the original tooth in question has never been right. I had pain before the procedur... read more
