Most professional and comfortable service department in Ft W Evans has always had the most professional and courteous service department in the Ft Wayne area. They also have the most comfortable waiting area by far. Which is really good since they are also very slow.

Evans Toyota has some of the best service professionals. I have known most of these guys in service just about my whole life. they have done some very extensive work for me over the years with zero problems. I trust these guys with anything, because they are not just professionals at what they do, they are truly experts.

Dave is the one you want. Beware of Scott/Lenny. I've seen people come and go at Evan's service department. Dave is the best. He is the one I trust to take care of all our Toyota's. Some new younger people seem nice too. Not a fan of Scott or Lenny. I don't trust them. They will have their people test drive your vehicle without your knowledge. It is supposedly to check the vehicle which is understandable if there was a reported problem. Not for a newer vehicle with no problem brought in for regular service. Quite shocking to... read more
