Loved our salesperson Our overall experience was a little frustrating, but our salesperson (Jeremy) was wonderful to work with. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, willing to help us find exactly what we wanted, and readily available to answer questions. Delightful young man with a promising future!

Wonderful Experience I must admit, when I met our sales rep, I was a little skeptical. Jeremy Goldsworthy greatly exceded our needs and wants. We told him the vehicles we were considering, and he found what we wanted. One vehicle was not even a Toyota. This is our second purchase from Evans, and I'm sure not the last.

Needed a vehicle quickly Needed a vehicle quickly, Salesperson was friendly and courteous. Was fairly new salesperson, so did not know a lot of details about vehicle, but found answers to our questions. No pressure to buy. Found a vehicle that worked, deal seemed reasonable, drove off lot with new used van a few hours later. Small issue with vehicle a day later, but service department fixed it quickly without charge. Plan to return for service at next oil change.

Easy, painless, and even a little enjoyable To be honest, like my most people I hate buying cars. There's the swarm of salesman, the annoying banter, and the fear that you might be getting a bad deal. This was not at all my experience of Evans Toyota. The team was polite and kind. great experience I went to Evans Toyota , my sales guy was Castille Dewel I told him what I was looking for and what price range I wanted to be in, he showed me what they had, I picked one out. He never pressured me, he was very courteous , polite and professional, this is the only dealership that has ever made me feel good about the deal we made. I will only go back to them. nice job Castille.

Excellent & Honest! Evans Toyota has some of the top selection of vehicles in Fort Wayne. My husband and I had a great experience from start to finish! We were kindly greeted by Castille during our first visit and while we were not ready to make the purchase that day, he stayed in touch and followed up with us via email.
