Great Service Department Every time I go to the Service Department they are Very Professional! Evans Toyota: Great Customer Experience Treated fairly with and understanding staff. Because of Ben (guy at counter) I am going to have my girlfriend bring her car in for her oil changes and repairs. Ben was understanding about my situation and made it seem like he cared.

Evans Toyota stellar review We were in Ft Wayne w/ a persistent inflation dash light that would not clear. We drove in spontaneously on a Friday night after 5:00pm, were greeted by Ben who took the car into the shop to a master tech. While we enjoyed our wait in the nice lounge, Ben provided status updates in a most courteous and complete manner. When complete we drove out n/c with a new understanding and a RESOLVED issue! Great Service Shuttle service so I can go home while car is worked on & wait area there with refreshments if one chooses to wait. Good staff that explain things.
