They were out of some toppings so I asked to substitute an option that they did have in stock. The worker informed me it would be $2 extra because changing anything would classify it as a "create your own bowl." I paid over $10 for a bowl with two toppings on it. There are much better açai bowl places out there with many more options, and better policies. Even in Farmington Station there are other places offering bowls.
Terrible service! No blueberries and no honey. I will never go back. You should shut your doors! Shame on you! They offer no solutions and they don't tell you they don't have blueberries but they want to up charge you for what they should supply! No thank you!
This business used to be one of my favorite indulgences but they have scaled back in the toppings that they offer. Please bring back blueberries, goji berries, cacao nibs, almond butter, and bee pollen
Great location. However, unfortunately they are always out of the basics for making an Açai bowl or anything similar (blueberries, coconut, cacao nibs, to name a few). The options are not accurate nor updated. I found out after waiting in line for ten minutes and my bowl was almost complete. Their Açai also has a lot of sugar in it. Conveniently the owner isn't ever there to leave feedback so the staff member is left to with unanswered questions and no way to really change things. ARE YOU GUYS CLOSING?!? We used to love coming here. Every time lately we have been trying they are out of everything. This is an Açaí bowl place and they are out of Açaí?!? Most of the girls are sweet but this place is a joke now. They are out of so many things all the time. They are in the same parking lot as a grocery store and yet they are out of fruit and ALL dry ingredients?? Don't waste your time trying to come here anymore. They won't have anything you want.
This place must be going out of business.. be aware they never have any ingredients. A waste of a drive. Or maybe they just don't care about their customers to stay stocked up?
Not impressed. They were out of 3 of the 5 ingredients I wanted. There is nothing special about it. Very overpriced. Save yourself a trip and go to Harmons and buy your ingredients and make your own.
The service was good and there were a lot of options of fresh fruit toppings. My qualms were that the acacia just didn't taste that good nor did the fruit. The fruit was not good quality and lacked flavor. Kind of like when you buy a salad at McDonalds or you eat an out of season strawberry. It's just not that good. I wish them good luck and hope they consider better quality vendors for their fruit- organic options would be a good place to start. Thanks!
