I'm so sad to even write this because I was a die hard everbowl fan for years and always told people to go eat from them. I understand that covid changed things up for everyone and that costs are high, but the changes made here are a huge bummer. Today I went in and waited 25 minutes to be told they were out of all nut butters cocoa, and then kiwi. Soooo... half of my order. Terrible policies. If they are out of a topping you can't substitute another topping. When we were there they were out of several toppings which meant none of the bowls they advertised were even available because they were out of all the toppings or all but one of the toppings. None of what they were out of was marked on the big board showing the "available toppings." Unfortunately fruits don't taste fresh. Açaí base is average. Strawberry seemed to have some sugar coating on it.

I love everbowl when they have all the toppings and are adequately staffed but frequently they are missing ingredients and understaffed. Today they don't have peanut butter which I applied to my online order but when I tried getting back in line to ask about almond butter forget about it there is a line out the door and one staff member on duty. I'm sure it's not easy to run an açaí business but this place is too often without the items listed on their online order through the everbowl app.
Of the Everbowl locations we've been to, this is the dirtiest. There were fruit flies making a home on the pineapples. At least 6 could be seen taking a siesta in the tropics and living the life. Either cover your fruit or throw out the bad product. They were only on the pineapple, strawberries and blueberries were spared these unwanted visitors. No fruit toppings for me! I have been to this location 3 times this month and each time they are out of almost everything. Today I placed an online order for two large bowls totaling over $30. HALF of my MAIN bowl ingredients were missing - one of the bases, all nut butter, cacao nibs, coconut flakes.... The last few times I have been here, there has been something they didn't have. They have been out of numerous bases and toppings. Not just one or two items, like 1/2 the menu. The staff handled it well each time but it's very disappointing.

I placed an order (and paid) online. Received a call shortly after that they didn't have acai, blue majik, bananas, strawberries,blueberries (basically our whole order). I asked if I could just get a refund. They said I would have to talk to the manager....when she gets back in a few days (!!). I called back in a few days and the manager had "called out sick". Thought we would try this place again hoping it has changed back to the Everbowl quality that we love....To our disappointment both times we went there was no açaí or pitaya base, instead other replacement products. What is happening to this place????? Boooo
