Really enjoyed this on a hot day, but dislike that I can't collect reward points anymore when ordering in person. Employee told me I'd need to preorder on their app to get points in the future. My problem is that I never know when I'm going to pick one up until I happen to be walking by. Other reason they lost a star is because their acai tastes too sugary now compared to when they first opened. Don't know when the change occurred but it's been awhile. We went during COVID on a Sunday. Unfortunately, there was only one woman working there, so it took a little longer than probably normal, but she was a champ and getting out orders as fast as she could! I think these were great prices for the size of the bowl and compared to other acai bowls I've had in the past. This was definitely a more creamy (as opposed to icy) bowl, and that's how I prefer it now! The dried fruit was a little sugary, but otherwise, it was great! We'll be back.

Chewie bowl is great, staff is friendly and seems capable of handling rushes really well, they make great bowls, this is my go to smoothie shop, the guy working right now just told me about the rewards program through the app so I'm definitely signing up!

Not gonna lie this is the worst açaí bowl I've ever had and I paid ten dollars. Açaí tastes watered down and has no flavor. I would rather sandpaper my mouth and suck on a lemon than eat this again.

I've never had such a bad experience at an everbowl. I used to always come to the Carmel valley location because it was super quick and good. This time I came in at 1:00 and did not get my food till 1:30 and I was the first to order. So under staffed, poorly ran, and on top of it the girl working was taking a phone call instead of making my bowl. This place is amazing! It's my all-time favorite açaí bowl place. You get a good amount of açaí for the price, and the toppings are unlimited. Their bowls are very customizable and they have a great selection of toppings. Strongly recommend!! :) My favorite is the Everbowl

If you're looking for a great açaí bowl, this is a great spot! My personal choice is the whatever bowl. You can customize this bowl in essentially any way - the best news, the cost includes any and all toppings (no extra fees!). The location is generally clean; however, the wait is usually a bit long. The staff work very hard, but just don't seem to be staffed appropriately. I highly recommend joining the rewards program for discounts!

I love this everbowl location so much! I've been to many and the energy here is very good. Erin and Galit are both high energy and enjoy their work and making great bowls! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
