UPDATE: I received a very accommodating message from the owner of this location that was much appreciated explaining the reasons behind this menu switch... However, I was recently informed that there are leftover acai packets at this location you can request to have blended, so I decided to try to ask for a blended bowl, and the girl taking my order rolled her eyes before charging me for the blended bowl. I never write reviews but I was super disappointed when I came in and found out they only serve the acai sorbet scoops that are full of sugar now. Used to be my favorite acai/smoothie bowl place and won't be coming back because this is completely against their values and slogan. :( Isn't even remotely healthy anymore, I might as well go get ice cream. Would much rather wait for them to blend a smoothie bowl.
I've heard so many great things about this place and just had to try it! I wasn't sure what I wanted because I don't usually get açaí bowls, but the employee who was explaining the menu to me was extremely helpful ! If it weren't for the employee Izzy, I don't think I would have loved this place as much as I did! She told me what her favorite bowl was and made sure I got to taste everything to ensure my satisfaction ! 10/10 for this place, thanks izzy for the best experience!
This place used to be amazing and now it's absolute trash. They switched from blended bowls to nasty sherbet. I am sad and disappointed.
The owner reached out and handled my concerns very professionally and respectfully. Great customer service and highly appreciated. I look forward to keep doing business with this establishment.
The pre made sorbets are not good. Please go back to the blended healthy base....it's worth the wait
I love this Everbowl and have always loved my bowl and the fact that it is on meal plan! Although sometimes the wait is too long or they do not pick up their phone and I have to call again the next day to get help. I feel that sometimes they are understaffed. Other than that I love this place and the environment the workers create. And also the amazing bowls!
Meh. It all depends on who you get to make your smoothie base. Sometimes it hits the spot, and sometimes it's just way too watery and not right.
I'm not sure what the poor reviews are about. While the parking is not convenient because it is practically on a college campus, this location does deserve major props considering the staff consists of mainly college students. I have always received pleasant and quick service. I've also been to the Carlsbad location in which they are stingy with toppings, but here I have always been treated fairly. The inside is clean and well maintained and the atmosphere is pleasant. A five star rating from me.
