I am very disappointed of what I received. The bowl was made extremely sloppy and hardly any vanilla in it. This is not worth $17.00
Order is wrong 8/10 times. Toppings are usually missing. Almonds and bee pollen the most.
Today, the vanilla everwhip was missing. I love this store when they get it right, but that's not very often. I still order from here but 9/10 my order is missing ingredients, and it's frustrating.
8/10 times this place does not get the order correct. Usually some ingredient or 2 is missing. It's great when they do get it right, but because it happens so often I'm only leaving 1 star.
Very disappointed. Have tried bowls in lots of countries and I question whether this was even acai. It was almost like toffee. yuck. Had to throw it away after a few bites.
Dasher was there waiting for almost 40 minutes to pick up the order, when jtwas quoted as arriving in 30min. Then when it arrived it wasn't the least bit frozen (I live only a mile from the store) so I basically paid $24 for an açaí smoothie, and not a bowl. Also, portion seems kind of small for the price, but they did put a lot of bananas (not a lot of the other fruits, just the bananas, but I'll take it) they also forgot the PB and honey.
