The reps and service people are very polite and personable, and they took pains not only to explain what they planned to do, but also walked me through to inspect everything after they had finished. When a problem arose a few months later, they responded quickly to my concern and sent a crew out to make adjustments to their original work (which took 2 hours!) to correct a problem at no extra cost to me!

Today Tim came to my home to re-inspect my home, since the Everdry in Mansfield went out of business and it had been 20 years since I had it waterproofed. He was very thorough and helpful. He found a few minor things that need repaired, which are free of charge. EverDry stands behind their warranty

They were on time and very professional. Got the repairs done in no time very satisfied with the service. Tony S. and Corey S. we very cordial and answered all my questions. Wanted paid before work was finished ?? Most if not all was done right Had to get another crew to finish the job Don't feel that their crew have enough training Put discharge pipes on top of my lawn Put holes on my brick now all patched up horrible Tore up my yarn for us to deal with the dirt piles and level out and seed No upper supervisor to check that the work was done right Salesman definitely lied about everything that was supposed to be done Over priced ******** dollars waisted Stressed to the ***************** ever

Be very careful when you talk to them and read all the paperwork before you sign ! They have young people doing the work but have no supervision or supervisors that know what they are doing and leave a big mess after they are done ! They did come back but the results were not any better! So seniors and veterans beware of this company! I got a lot of estimates and know a lot about these things and still got taken to the cleaner on my basement work ! Total waste of my money ! *********************** Cridersville ****

Only get if you want your yard and basement to still flood. Used them to prevent any flooding and instead basement flooded for the first time after they did their install. Their response to this? Was told to kick rocks.

Worst experience ever from a big company. I was lied to multiple time ms throughout the process of everdry taking $21k from me for doing poor quality work. Destroyed all and I mean all my landscaping. When they left they left the water outside running causing my water bill to be 3 times what Id not have paid. They took out a window in my basement and didnt put it in correctly. Do not use this company. I have had nothing but problems with them. 1.was not told I had to removed hot water tank 2. Forman told me he didn't have to do a wall because it was not exterior. 3.the wall was in fact exterior. 4. Was told they called gas company to remove line in the way. 5.after waiting six months for the gas company it turns out we had to call them 6. Gas company said they had to work around the line. 7.
