When I moved into my home, I did not realize there was a water issue in the basement until mother nature dumped a good amount of water. I went online, found Everdryâ s website and called the number. Since their installation, the basement has been 100% watertight. The EverDry team that waterproofed my basement was efficient and professional. The EverDry team that waterproofed my basement was efficient and professional. They took all measures necessary to explain the process to me and keep me updated as they worked. The only complaint I had was that they didnâ t address an area in my basement that I already discussed with the original sales associate. EverDry has been a real help in keeping my home dry and has not had one hiccup in over 15 years. The installation was on time and very professional. The service has been excellent. A key help has been transferring the warranty to the next owner, which has been very helpful as I prepare to sell my home. Highly recommend this company for sure

I have nothing but good things to say about EverDry. When I purchased by house in 2016 I purchased the EverDry Warranty (since the previous owners installed EverDry originally). I have had one issue since moving in. When I called EverDry they were quick to come out and fix the issue (adding a new drain in the basement). I was very happy with their overall service and quality of the product!

When we moved into our first home built in the 50s, we had a fully finished basement, not knowing there was water issues. When we realized it was more that just a crack we found Everdry at the home remodel convention and they have been wonderful. They have been out a few times to fix things as we found them (free of charge) the more we tore into our basement. Now our home is 100% waterproof because of them! I love the warranty. They are such a great company to work with.
