When you call for service, if you need it, the representatives that answer the phone are very helpful and friendly. Anytime I� ve needed service. The people that come out are very helpful, informative, friendly, and extremely competent. Over the last 20 years since I had the waterproofing installed, I have had a few minor issues with the easy breeze or my sub pump or the back up battery. EverDry was always so courteous, professional and quick! We have not had one issue since they came out and waterproofed our basement! I would recommend!
In 2017 we had experienced water seeping in part of our basement after heavy spring rains. We contacted Everdry to come out and address the problem. They gave us a prompt inspection and proposal and scheduled for the first available date. They provided detailed explanation what they were going to do, how they would minimize disruption, and complete the clean-up. Collin and his crew were punctual, careful with my space, and did a nice job of cleaning up and explaining my new water maintenance system. I was left with care instructions and an assurance that Ever Dry is available to answer and tend to any needs that may arise with my new install. Since Everdry waterproofing we no longer have to worry about the rain. The sound of the sump pump going is welcomed sound. Plus the transferrable warranty when we go to sell just makes it more appealing for the buyer. Already recommended to coworkers.
