Certainly was pricier than other options but well worth it Work was well executed, service was fantastic from the guys doing the job to the call center folks.We have had one follow up service need that was taken care of promptly at no extra cost. We live in Fort Thomas and love that the warranty is transferable in case we ever look to sell our property.

Excellent service and 100% dry basement. I was so pleased that I barely had ANY cleanup to do after all the cement that was jack-hammered. They covered everything I had and were particularly careful to cover my computer with several layers of plastic. It was spotless when uncovered. They worked conscientiously, efficiently and quickly. What a happy crew. We actually had fun! Great and fast follow-up on questions and additional services after the work was complete. I recommend EverDry wholeheartedly.

Absolutely no water in my basement since everdry repair !! Piece of mind knowing its dry is priceless. We did have a small issue with some of the cleanup work, but they went above and beyond to correct the problem and keep me happy. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a home that Everdry had already waterproofed, but after moving in we had a few small issues. They have been very easy to communicate with, and came out and fixed each of our issues.In fact, they even tore out some previous work that I was not happy with and redid it with no questions. Sometimes you will need to wait for servicemen to come out, sometimes up to four weeks or more. I am not sure if this is different if you were to have an emergency. Upon the discovery of a crack on our basement floor a few years ago, we did a lot of research on the repair options. We ultimately selected Everdry for their reputation and lifetime warranty. Since that was a big project, we did not want to take chances by going with some unknown company. EveryDry waterproofed our basement a year ago and it is been dry ever since. We used to have leaked through many cracks when it rained a lot and now I do not have to worry about our basement when it rains. The process was good, just expensive! That is why I can not give it 5 stars. The crew got done within 4 days and did not pull bushes like the salesman had told us they would (I wanted the bushes pulled in this case). This company is amazing! Would highly recommend. We initially met with a sales rep to discuss our problem. He sat down and went thru every detail of what the problem was, how they recommend fixing it, what to expect during the process of fixing it and they even offer a payment plan.
