We had Everdry out when our basement was leaking in 2014. We were given a thorough review of the issues and the solutions that Everdry was to implement. The job was completed without issue. Very efficient and great communication through the entire process. Outdoor drainage, indoor drain pipes, a 2nd sump and the special whole house dehumidifier was installed. Over the past month, I have had the pleasure of speaking on the phone a few times with Rob V, Co-owner and General Manager of Everdry. Rob is a true gentleman with impeccable manners. He answered my questions thoughtfully and completely. Although I did not go with his company, Rob continued to be a kind and considerate business owner who left the door open for any future business relationship. I respect Rob’s way of inviting conversation and of deep listening to me as a potential customer.

When we purchased our home in ******* ** near Lake Michigan,-the Everdry system had already been installed. It has been awesome! Our basement has always been dry and we have great peace of mind. Our sump pump motor needed to be replaced this past year and they sent someone out immediately. The technician was very professional and motor was replaced free of charge. I just wanted to say that Everydry has the best product around. Our basement has been high and dry since their wonderful service staff helped us. The staff was very professional, neat and on time with there product. We also have the warranty and have had to use it and they were fast and no charge. We have had excellent service with EverDry. Since having our basement done, we have not had a water issue in our basement. They have also replaced our sump pump twice at no additional cost. Our basement and belongings have stayed dry. The crew that came were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. If you have continuous water problems would highly recommend this company.

In the 12 years we have lived in our house in Newaygo, we have only had to call once or twice, and the issue was taken care of very quickly and professionally. Whenever I call, they are available, thorough, and friendly. I also appreciate that I don't have to go through a menu to talk to a person. Our basement is always dry! Highly recommend this company.

Our Everdry system has been in place for many years and it's working well. Water now comes to the sump pump rather than through the cracks in the floor. Here in Holland we've had a lot of rain over the past five years and so far our basement has been bone dry. It was quite a process to have the tile installed in the floor in the basement but it's well worth it! We are very happy with the system.
