Had some hiccups in the beginning with scheduling, but got it done. The crew was great, Jesus, the Foreman was terrific and they finished the job under schedule. However, Permits with the city were never filed so we aren't sure where we stand on our warranty. They are very good at calling ahead to set you up and take your money, but now no one will call us back and answer any of our questions. So far, the basement has remained dry, but their cement is showing cracks and again, I can?t get a return call to ask if this is norm... read more

We are very happy that you are satisfied with the waterproofing. We were not required to need a permit at your location so your warranted is Lifetime. The cracks in the concrete are strictly cosmetic and will happen as the concrete dries. Please give us a call on Tuesday and ask for Melissa she will set up a time to come repair any of the cosmetic cracks.
The EverDry arrived as scheduled and Jesus, my EverDry team foreman walked me through the process of waterproofing my crawlspace. All team members were polite and considerate at all times. They went the extra mile to clean up after themselves and leave the work-site as they found it before beginning work. There were a few items that were not to my liking and Jesus made sure they were corrected to my satisfaction before the close of the project.

The Everdry Waterproofing crew were excellent! They were prompt each day, worked very hard and cleaned up before leaving each day. They were very nice and professional. They finished my crawl space and foundation in just 2 1/2 days. They answered all of my questions, explaining everything and they were eager to please me. I had work done a month ago in Indianapolis, IN. I wanted to wait until it rained to write a review. The basement was dry. I am happy with their work. The crew was polite and respectful of my property and that of my neighbor, as well. The basement looks so much better before I can get to the cosmetic stuff. They replace the downspouts with PVC pipe. I wish they would have left the stuff we had on the downspouts so we could reuse it. We know to ask next time we used them on another wet basement we own. Everdry did a great job in every aspect of their job working in my basement. The workers arrived promptly every day and were very professional. They helped me move a couple of items that were too big for me to move on my own, carefully protected all of my belongings and made the concrete floor look almost as good as new. Any time I had a question, it was quickly answered. They even helped me hook the washer and dryer back up when they finished as I was unsure of exactly how to do it. Highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing! The whole crew was hardworking and finished in the promised 3 days and cleaned up! They were so nice and made our flooded basement experience so much better 5 Stars Jesus the foreman is the Best.
