Had our basement waterproofed by Everdry in November of 2023. Not very long ago!! The staff are very nice, and respectful BUT….. I am just not certain about the quality of the work completed. We explained where our basement leaks but whatever they did has not fixed the issue. So over $20,000 and we still have a very wet basement. We contacted them on Friday and have yet to receive a call back and the water continues to flow in. I recently had them return to address a small issue that had developed over time. They were responsive to my request and had a crew return to address the problem. The office staff, field supervisors and crew were all highly knowledgeable and respectful of my property and me. They worked diligently to complete a water management system in and around my house. Everdry Waterproofing provides a level of quality service not easily found in today’s work environment. They made sure I was happy with their work by keeping me advised of what they were doing and what they found. I would use them again if the need arises.
The sales person was pushy and gave incorrect information that left me a little on edge. About 2 months later, Tavaris (a supervisor) came to assess and he was very informative and put my mind at ease and answered the questions I had that the sales person took 20 minutes to answer as he danced around it.
