We initially had Everdry out in 2012 when our basement flooded. They were quick to respond and had a great crew out. We did have some small leaks shortly after, but they were fast in servicing those. Have not had an issue with any leaking in the last 5 years.

Business response:

Great commentary on waterproofing, in general, Jason. Nothing, when it comes to keeping water out of the home, is permanent. The key to our success has been that lifetime warranty that transfers over to whomever owns the home. You see, we cannot promise the materials and the system won't need service at some point. What we do is promise we'll be there to fix it if it does. Glad you appreciate it. Yours, Matthew Flynn, General Manager, Everdry Waterproofing

We have had nothing but great experiences with Everdry. Most recently we needed repairs done and they came out quickly and fixed all of the problems. Everything was covered under their amazing warranty.

Everdry replaced our drain tiles almost a year ago. The team worked so very hard. They were courteous and respectful. Ever since we have been able to enjoy our basement. It always smells fresh and there no longer is any mold.

Business response:

Thanks for sharing, Kitty. I go and observe installers in the field and recognize just how hard these guys work. Great to see! We really do want to make the experience as quick and painless as possible, knowing full well that this is open-heart surgery on your basement. Give us a call for anything. Yours, Matthew Flynn, General Manager, Everdry Waterproofing of S.E. Wisconsin

Our basement has been bone dry even in wet spring weather since Everdry waterproofed it several years ago. They did a great job and we're glad to have worked with them.

Business response:

Thank you for sharing, Susie. Several years is good...but I expect several decades. And you'll be warrantied the whole time! Enjoy and stay dry! Yours, Matthew Flynn, General Manager, Everdry Waterproofing

Everydry did work to the basement in our home before we purchased it. We live in a low spot and get a lot of standing water in our yard in late winter/early spring. If it weren't for the awesome job that they did, we would most definitely have water in our basement. I highly recommend Everdry!

Business response:

Amanda, Thank you for taking the time to share. Yours is an interesting one for me. Would you believe that people at tops of hills get basement waterproofing issues as well? In Southeastern Wisconsin, we're built in clay. That clay often leads to a "false water table" that brings the water from below the foundation even if you're at the top of a hill. Being at the bottom can stink, I know, but those at the top aren't always safe either. Thanks for sharing and give us a call if you ever need us. That's why you have a... read more

We had Everdry do some work on our house about 7 years ago and since then, absolutely no water issues whatsoever. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the crew was very friendly and courteous. I recommend to friends and family all the time!

Business response:

Thanks for sharing, Jonathan. Sounds like a pretty good experience. We hope to earn a 5* with our service over the years. With that life-time warranty, you have us backing you up for the life of your home...not the life of your time in the home. It transfers forever. Anyway, hope never to hear from you but we'll be here if you need us. Yours, Matthew Flynn, General Manager, Everdry Waterproofing of S.E. Wisconsin

We had everdry do our basement in the 80 s and have never had any problems...it is the best money we ever spent on home improvements..even 30 yrs later we are still in this home and no problems....electricity has gone out in storms but the basement has remained dry....

Business response:

Excellent news!!! 30 years huh? Must have been one of our first installations. Great to see our work last the test of time. As you can guess, we don't always have the original customer last that long in a home. Thank you so much for sharing, Sandra! Yours, Matthew Flynn, General Manager, Everdry Waterproofing of S.E. I inherited my Everdry Waterproofing service agreement from a home we bought in 2010. I spoke to the previous owners and they said the basement was ankle deep in water at one point. They had Everdry come out to fix the problem and it was a MAJOR job. They absolutely loved their service. 8 years later we have not had ONE drop of water on our floor! That is a service agreement that I will stand behind!

Business response:

Isn't that a nice little note!? Love to read these kind of reviews. Anytime you inherit the work, you basically skipped the bummer part and got all the peace of mind and security knowing we are there to help whenever you call. Enjoy it, but make sure to keep our number in case you ever need anything. We're here for you. Yours,Matthew Flynn, General Manager, Everdry Waterproofing
