Dr reccomended this company to help with recovery for my dad. They did a fantastic job. So thankful for their patience and kindness. Never had an issue with anyone there. A couple times I had to call at weird hours and each time got help faster than I was expecting. Cant say enough good things.
Incompetent is the term I have to use. My wife (the patient) had a visit by a PT and an OT, and enjoyed working with both of them. Also both of them called me and filled me in on the visit and made reasonable suggestions about things that could be done to improve our setup. (I had been at work but there is a licensed care giver with my wife when I am not there.) The turnover of staff at Signature is astronomical! Practitioners just vanish, often without the patient’s being notified. In the past 10 weeks, they have sent 10 different PTs and OTs to replace the wonderful OT and PT assistant with whom I had worked well for months. (They both quit the agency in the same week due to administrative problems.) Absolutely the worst home health care that ever existed. Incompetent pt and ot and head nurse. They lie. The ot lady asked me what my mom's oxygen level was supposed to be, I said 2. She stated it was on 1.5 and turned it up. Many hours later, I happened to glance at the unit and to my Horror the meter read 3 !!! I turned it down immediately.
