Love the outside area to walk in safety and the dog park for my pet. Our manage Bridget is the best. Always here for all of us and her office door always open .
Positive: Great, safe and clean place to live. I love it that you offer so many activities on the property. I also love the gated access and friendly neighbors. Negative: Maintenance sometime takes more than one call.
My husband and I love living at the Evergreen at Mesquite! The staff is professional and friendly! All of the staff are approachable, which makes voicing our concerns a breeze! The maintenance crew reacts quickly to repair any issues our apartment or appliances may have.
Great place to live it can be quite peaceful and serene especially when I need it during my prayer time. The staff is great and so is maintenance, they're response time is wonderful.
Been nice some here I love it some are welcoming . We get use a manger then they gone .Staff that's here now are very nice I appreciate them !!! My experience when I need repairs always done On time love Chris he's a another Sam !!! Love yall 💓
