I would say I like everything about it. There is too much to expain it, but, yes, I recommend it. My hubby and I have lived here 2 years now and are happy here. I hope we don't have to move again.
Evergreen at Rowlett is a wonderful place to call home. The staff is very professional and caring for all the residents. Very lovely and safe environment.
It is great location. The homes are beautiful, and the people are awesome. If one gets lonely there, it would only be their choice, as I met so many wonderful people on just a visit =)
I like this place is in a perfect location for me all my family live around this area can hardly wait to move in I'm on the waiting list

Got to tour the facility and was very impressed by the staff, & the services offered.
