I’ve been at Evergreen in Rowlett since and it’s been good, unfortunately there has been some changes ! Office staff has changed and there are a few things that could be improved but I love my apartment!! !

I think Evergreen at Rowlett is a great place to live. The office workers are very friendly and helpful, and maintenance is exceptional. I have lived here just over a year, and have enjoyed it immensely. I’ve made new friends who are like family. We play games four nights a week in our Community room and enjoy each other’s company. The only problem we see (6) of us, is we would like to see it cared for better. We clean up after ourselves every time we use it, and often for others, too. I have been living here at Evergreen at Rowlett for about a year and a half now and, I am very happy living here. Yesenia, our community director, is very approachable. She has wonderful people skills and is a very caring person. She's very helpful, always ready to assist. She's professional, respectful and courteous. I would not recommend moving to Evergreen Rowlett. This property is absolutely not a place you’d want your family to live. I visited on 2/20 to see a relative and witnessed a resident who had fallen right in front of the building during office hours. Shockingly, no one from the staff noticed or responded—it’s clear no one is actively monitoring the security cameras. It was freezing cold that day, and the poor woman had been lying there for quite some time before we had to step in and call an ambulance ourselves. To make mat... read more

Evergreen of Rowlett Is a very quiet gated community.There is a fitness Center.I go there instead of Rowlett Community Center especially when weather is bad.Six different machines.Very nice.We also have a community Room we play a variety of games and Bingo a couple times a week.So it's really nice you don't have to leave the property to have fun.The management is very friendly.Also the residents Are really friendly.Ive been here all most Four months.I love it, very spacious 1 bedroom. It's home for me.
