From the minute I walked in the door, I felt as welcomed and comfortable as I had in the two years since moving here and coming to Evergreen Dental. The practice felt competent from the moment the wonderful receptionist told me they had all my important information. Taken back to an exam room, my hx was taken, an exam performed and an appropriate X-ray taken. I had an emergency on a Saturday when EDG was closed. I left a message on their voicemail and received a call back within 5/10 minutes. They were able to accommodate me even though they were closed that day. Dr Sprout (and Dr Fitzgerald) met me at their office and Dr Sprout fixed my problem within a half hour. I was leaving on a one month vacation within the week so was so appreciative they could see me! Even though I live a 45 minute drive away, I would not go anywhere else!
