RecommendedWe have had Everlights since the fall of 2019. I think they have work right for maybe a total of 9 months! We have had nothing but problems. Especially for a product that was sold as “lifetime” “built to last” “no more climbing the roof” “rated at 50k hours of lighting” “leaving them on 24/7 for seven years straight” - I would say false advertising on every one of those claims. We have tried contacting them about faulty wire and have had zero help. We have had to fix the first 25 ft of lights at least 7 times! Their best... read more
They look as advertised which is pretty good. They are very difficult to see on the house when off, and they are pretty bright but I wish they were a little bigger. My real issues is with the bad app, just a bad design, confusing, and constantly having connection errors, and with the support. There is no way to call in for tech support, instead you have to file a ticket and they call you back in a few days. This is very frustrating when you just have a simple question. *** UPDATE - EverLights was kind enough to mail out some replacement lights free of charge this week. I have not had a chance to work on them yet as I had no idea it would require splicing things together. I was expecting bulbs. Lol!! I didn’t install them so I had no idea. Silly me. Being a mom that works 40-60 hour weeks in the hospital it’s gonna be a bit before I can learn how to do this and work on it myself. However!! Major bonus ... they are on and working tonight. Lights have never worked properly! Everlights Refuses to Help! This is the 3rd year I have had these lights on my house, and in those 3 years the lights have worked maybe 3 months at most. The installers blame the product, and Everlights blames the installers. Point is Everlights approves their dealers/installers so they should be more aware if the people installing the lights are trained and qualified to install the lights. They should also honor their warranty and refund me the money or get their product working properly... read more
RecommendedI'm hoping we can remain committed to EverLights - this year will tell! We installed the warm white lights about 18 months ago and had to call for repairs before our first winter season because they wouldn't turn on. Here we are at the start of our second winter and again, they won't turn on. Any system that can't stay working over time makes me suspicious. We're paying a $50 service fee this year to have someone find out why they won't turn on. If this continues I'll likely rip them all out..... It's not worth having issu... read more
