Adalid Cruz, Customer Engineer was very nice and completed the job as requested. He was a gentleman and very efficient.
Guido listened patiently and addressed our concerns regarding our class printer. Before the end of first period, the printer issue was resolved.
Mr. Cruz came to assist with a printer at Griffin Elementary . He fixed it and even helped us with another issue from another printer. We so much appreciate him going above and beyond!
