Brad Morris, was professional and assisted me with everything that I had an issue with. Service Managers are professional as always. There does seem to be a little bit of a drop off of the quality of service. Not that it is bad, but I never had any issues and now, my last two service appointments have been less than desirable.

Just went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The staff is very friendly and professional. My service rep Rhod, was most helpful as his knowledge of my vehicle and all related maintenance was wide and impressive. I really appreciated the time he took and his straight-forward answers. My only disappointment was that their system doesn't red-flag other items such as my battery which was almost 5 years old and needed to be replaced the very next day (unfortunately, at another GMC dealer close to my house).
