While there's always room for improvement with just about everyone, i't important to know and see that the company cares enough to try and rectify any problems. Daniel Guerrero was a very helpful, knowledgeable & professional Sales Consultant. I had been in an accident & the car rental was going to be ending within the week so we needed a car quickly. He was prompt & reliable & communicated well with us.
