Excellent experience! From the moment I pulled up to the Service Department, I was greeted by multiple Ewing Subaru staff members (women & men) who were helpful and attentive to my needs. Their assessment was prompt and accurate. I was given an estimate of the cost for repair, which coincided with our extended warranty coverage. Customer service is excelent as always. I got in with a problem, they reviewed it and informed me about a recall and I wouldn't be charged for the service. They fixed it, they kept me informed throughout the process. Nice waiting area, warm/cold drinks and snacks available.
