Excellent place to go can and friendly staff. Had no wait time as soon as I finish my paperwork they was calling me back.

I went in at about 5pm. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was called back as soon as I finished checking in. The tech came in immediately and got vitals. Nurse and Dr. we’re right behind her. Both nurse and physician were amazing and very thoughtful. The facility is sooooo clean, which is important to me. Someone even came in and asked if I needed something to drink!! I am a RN myself. You will not get better care at an ER or urgent care facility. Had to take my son in yesterday with Flu symptoms, the entire experience from start to finish was unlike any Emergency room visit I've ever had. From the lady in the front to the nurses and Dr. McWilliams in the back treated us like family and I could really tell they actually cared about his treatment. I was blown away by the over all hospitality of the staff, and the clean kid friendly room. They went the extra mile and even printed out a coupon to get his medicine at half price. Today I went in because of the flu and the staff treated me like family. They have 5 Star Service and all of the staff were very nice to me and my son. I am well pleased with my experience there with the Doctor, Nurse, and all the staff.
