I haven't had the 'chance' to use them yet (haha!) but from everything I've seen and heard about them, I wish I would've known about them sooner! I'm always reluctant to make an ER trip even when I probably should go because of the long wait time and made not to feel like a priority. You can bet I will be going here for any future emergencies!
