Wish I could give them higher than 5 stars!!! My story started February 1st with a contractor from New Lenox replacing my tub with a walk in shower. After ripping it out on 2/14 and going 3 weeks with no shower it was completed and was unusable within a month. Cracking grout and tiles that were cracking and popping. I couldn't be more pleased with the work Excel Shower and Bath did in my master bathroom shower and vanity. Alex Flack was my sales contact and he was very attentive to all my questions and followed up when I called him. I can't say enough about the quality of the work done by Tom and John. Tom came to our home and in 3 days we had a completely new bath. Alex who sold the job was very professional. Could not be more satisfied. We highly recommend Excel.

We had our bathroom completely gutted and remodeled by Excel. From the beginning work with our Sales Representative, Alex Flack, everything was easy to understand, he was patient, knowledgeable, and offered several samples to look at to help us in our decision making. I neglected to write something specifically about our bathroom installers, John Samp and Roman. Roman did the initial install wonderfully however Jon came back and forth several times for our last minute add ons. Jon was always accommodating and polite. Both Jon and Roman are punctual and completed the job from start to finish. Thank you!
Excel Shower and Bath are awesome. They gutted and remodeled our entire bathroom and it is beautiful. The staff are all professional and return your calls and answer all of your questions. The installers are courteous, and do superb work. Our first point was Alex Flack, and he really sealed the deal for us and continued to stay in touch and was extremely responsive to our 1000 questions 😀.
