I came in with a sore throat on May 6th in the afternoon. I was the only patient in the place so I can’t understand why the care was so poor. Provider and MA (both mumbled their names and I couldn’t hear them) did a rapid flu, Covid and strep test which were all negative. Provider told me she was sending out the throat culture to the lab to test for strep and I would get a call in about 1-2 days with results. The front desk was nice and easy to work with. . The wait to be seen was short. Everyone was friendly. For a walk in, they were great! Even had the best exam table I ever sat in!
Not very friendly staff today. Edit** Look, Im in the medical field too, I get it. We are all overworked, underpaid and work long hours. But that day, we were the only people there and it was like mid day. Every single employee there seemed super annoyed at us being being there. It was very strange. I was with my son who was swabbed for strep. My son’s swab results were negative, which the PA told us right away. The most organized and professional place I've visited in a long while. Beginning with the Receptionist then the Nurse, and finally the Physician. They were kind and they listened to my concerns, that was greatly appreciated, and hard to find nowadays. Thank you all so very much. May God continue to love you all.
This is the worst urgent care now I see why they don’t have a lot of patients on a regular basis. The receptionist I saw today 02/01/2025 has a nasty and unprofessional attitude. She is not a nice person. I called today to get closure on something she couldn’t give me an answer or try to help. neither the doctor.
