The Catonsville office were great from the ladies who welcome you when you arrived and all the Doctors and their assistants also .

The staff seemed to be preoccupied. I sat 1hr. 45mins. Apparently, the system was down and there was a miscommunication between front desk staff and the PA. I sat unnecessarily because of that situation. The PA was under the impression that I was taking a test on the system that was down.! The PA was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.
